I want to believe this will work, but I haven't seen big changes yet. I’m still following the process because it makes sense, but I guess I was hoping for faster results. I’ll give it more time and see how it goes…
Edit: I recently got in contact with Neurixael. After fully explaining myself, I got some personal tips. Since then, things have been clicking more and I am seeing some progress already.
I still get headaches, but they don’t send me into a spiral of panic anymore. Just that shift in mindset has changed everything. My new life is in sight.
I’m sleeping better, my anxiety around migraines is fading, and I just realized it’s been almost two weeks without one. I can’t remember the last time that happened. I would genuinely advice this to everyone!!
Before, I felt completely powerless. Now, even when I do get a migraine, I have ways to handle it. That alone is life-changing. Of course I am working for a life where I don’t have any migraines at all, I’m just not there yet.
I’m about 1.5 weeks in, and I can already tell something is changing. Before, a migraine would wipe me out for an entire day, sometimes two. I’d be stuck in a dark room, unable to do anything but wait for it to pass. Now, even when I do get one, it doesn’t last as long, and I feel like I’m bouncing back much faster.
ClairMaster has been a huge part of this shift. At first, I didn’t think daily mental exercises would make much of a difference, but they’ve helped me recognize patterns in my thoughts and behaviors that were keeping me stuck. I used to panic at the first sign of a migraine, convinced it would ruin my entire day. Now, I feel more in control, I know how to respond in a way that doesn’t make things worse.
CalMasque has also been a game changer. I use it during my sessions, and it helps me get into a state where I can really focus on retraining my brain. Something about the combination of pressure and warmth (or cold, depending on the day) makes it easier to let go of tension. It’s like my nervous system is finally learning how to calm down instead of overreacting.
I still have work to do, but for the first time in years, I actually feel like I’m moving in the right direction. Looking forward to seeing where this takes me.
